The Terms of Use (https://www.komaxgroup.com/en/terms) and Data Protection Policy (https://www.komaxgroup.com/en/privacy) of the Komax Group apply to your use of this Learning Management System (LMS) in addition to the following information.

Terms of Use

Intellectual Property

• Downloadable Content: Users are prohibited to print-screen or save materials provided within the LMS, except for downloadable content.
• Content Sharing: Sharing of downloaded materials, login credentials, or course content is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

The LMS is intended for educational purposes only. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or disrupt the operation of the LMS. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the LMS or its systems.
• Plagiarism: Submitting work that is not one's own or using copyrighted material without proper attribution.
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited or disruptive messages to other users.
• Malicious Software: Uploading or distributing malware or other harmful software.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.

Termination

Komax reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, users will lose access to the LMS and all associated data.
